Front of House
General Manager
Full-TimeOversee daily restaurant and club operations, manage staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all departments.
Assistant Manager
Full-TimeSupport the General Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and guest relations.
Host / Hostess
Full-Time / Part-TimeWelcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and set the tone for an unforgettable night of comedy and dining.
Server
Full-Time / Part-TimeDeliver outstanding table service during dining and show hours. Knowledge of food, cocktails, and a great sense of humor are a plus.
Bartender
Full-Time / Part-TimeCraft cocktails, manage the bar during shows and open mic nights, and keep the energy high. Experience with high-volume service preferred.
Busser / Food Runner
Part-TimeSupport servers and maintain a clean, efficient dining floor during service. Fast-paced, team-oriented role.
Kitchen
Executive Chef
Full-TimeLead the culinary vision for Macavoy's, develop the menu, manage kitchen staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Sous Chef
Full-TimeAssist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, staff training, and maintaining consistency across all dishes.
Line Cook
Full-Time / Part-TimePrepare and execute dishes to spec during service. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment required.
Prep Cook
Full-Time / Part-TimeHandle ingredient prep, mise en place, and kitchen organization to support smooth service.
Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter
Part-TimeKeep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked. A critical role in keeping service running smoothly.
Entertainment & Production
Show Producer / Entertainment Coordinator
Full-TimeBook and coordinate comedians, manage show schedules, liaise with MacTV Comedy, and produce live events including Tomato Tuesday, Spanish Night, and MacTV Showcases.
Stage Manager
Full-Time / Part-TimeManage show flow, coordinate with performers, handle technical cues, and ensure every show runs on time and on point.
Audio / Visual Technician
Full-Time / Part-TimeOperate sound, lighting, and video systems during live shows, open mic nights, and special events.
Open Mic Host / Emcee
Part-TimeHost open mic nights with energy and professionalism. Keep the crowd engaged and the show moving. Comedy experience required.
Marketing & Operations
Social Media Manager
Full-TimeManage Macavoy's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Create content, grow the audience, and promote shows and events.
Box Office / Ticketing Coordinator
Part-TimeHandle ticket sales, reservations, and guest check-in on show nights. Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented.
Security / Door Staff
Part-TimeMaintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and performers. Experience in venue security preferred.
